Ich wandle meine Drei-Zimmer Wohnung in eine WG um. So habe ich ein großes Wohnzimmer (mit Balkonzugang) mit ca. 30-35 m². Habe von meiner Vermieterin nocheinmal den Grundriss angefordert, um eine genaue m² Anzahl geben zu können. Das Zimmer ist sehr hell (2 große Fenster, Balkontür) und gut geschnitten. Im Zimmer befindet sich der Internetanschluss, deshalb wird dort auch der Router stehen. Die Internetverbindung mit 250mbit/s ist sehr gut. Warmwasser wird über Strom abgerechnet, die Heizungen sind getrennt voneinander ablesbar. Aktuell beläuft sich die Warmmiete auf 550€ im Monat, jedoch ist das Potential für eine Verringerung vorhanden (auf wahrscheinlich 500€ im Monat). Es handelt sich um eine Nichtraucherwohnung. Badezimmer und Küche sind geteiilt. Es gibt ein Kellerabteil. Haustiere sind unerwünscht (aufgrund des mangelnden Platzes). Die Wohnung befindet sich in der Vorstraße, 28359 Bremen in einem Mehrfamilienhaus.
Ich bin 25 (26 bei deinem Einzug) und befinde mich in meiner Weiterbildung zum Psychologischen Psychotherapeuten hier in Bremen. Ich mache gerne Sport, Lese viel, aber bin natürlich auch viel mit Arbeit und Ausbildung beschäftigt. Ich würde mir von dir eine kurze Vorstellung wünschen und dann in naher Zukunft ein Treffen planen. Ich freue mich darauf!
I'm converting my three-room apartment into a shared flat. I have a large living room (with access to a balcony) of approximately 30-35 square meters. I've requested the floor plan from my landlady again to give you the exact square footage. The room is very bright (two large windows, balcony door) and well laid out. The internet connection is in the room, so the router will be there as well. The internet connection is very good at 250 Mbps. Hot water is billed via electricity, and the heating systems are individually metered. Currently, the rent is €550 per month, but there's potential for a reduction (probably to €500 per month). It's a non-smoking apartment. There is a shared kitchen and bathroom, aswell as a basement space. Pets are not allowed (due to limited space). The apartment is located on Vorstraße, 28359 Bremen, in a multi-family building.
I'm 25 (26 when you move in) and I'm currently completing my training to become a licensed psychotherapist here in Bremen. I enjoy sports and reading, but of course I'm also very busy with work and studies. I'd like you to introduce yourself briefly, and then we can plan a meeting in the near future.
